PERFORMING ARTS FESTIVAL of BURNABY

** We are a non-profit, registered society – run entirely by volunteers.

1. 5^th Anniversary Celebration & Honours Showcase - May 18^th, 2007 @ Michael J. Fox Theatre - Burnaby

10am – 6pm Special Group Celebration – Approximately $16,800 in special 5^th Anniversary cash awards

From each section, up to 5 (10 in large sections) finalists selected by adjudicators to perform

will win $200. The most outstanding performance from each category will win $300.

Criteria = Entertainment Value, Showmanship, & PacWest Ideals/Spirit

7:30pm Honours Showcase & Awards/Scholarship Ceremony

9:45pm Reception

2. We need & appreciate your support

- Trophies, Scholarships, Sponsorships

- Volunteer Help during competitions – e.g. Music, doors, reception desk

- In-kind Donations – e.g. Stationery items, etc.,

Green Room surprises e.g. baking, drinks, snacks to keep teachers, adjudicators,

committee & volunteers going while working at the festival

May 18 @ MJFox – 5^th Anniversary Group Celebration & Honours Award/Showcase

6. Entry Deadline = February 1 ***$20 late fee per entry till March 1, dependent on time & space
